The company was formed by a group of highly successful individuals from the mining and technology sector.

They recognised that an opportunity existed to bring together the owners of mining tenements looking to exit or in need of funding to fulfil the potential of their assets, and groups and consortiums in the market for mining assets to meet the current and future demands that they have for resources.

Combining their broad experience within the mining sector at the highest level over many decades and their partners understanding of the latest web technologies and global internet traffic, they established Franklin Exchange to service this under-resourced market.
